Cancellation and Return Policy – Consumer Rights

General:

By placing an order through the website, you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188), along with other applicable laws.

Shipping costs, including product delivery, will be borne by the buyer.

Each product will be delivered to the person or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with all necessary documentation, such as warranty certificates and user manuals.

In case the product becomes unavailable for sale, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about the situation. The full amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

If the product is not paid for:

If the buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment through bank records, the seller is no longer obligated to deliver the product.

Unauthorized use of a credit card for purchases:

If it is determined that the buyer’s credit card has been used fraudulently after product delivery, and the amount is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the seller bearing the return shipping costs.

If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen circumstances:

In the event of force majeure beyond the seller's control, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or a delay in delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, a refund will be provided within 14 days if payment was made by cash, or the amount will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account within 14 days if paid by credit card (with a possible 2-3 week transfer period by the bank).

Buyer’s duty to inspect the product:

Before accepting the product, the buyer should inspect it and not accept goods that are damaged or defective. Once accepted, the product is considered free from damage. If the product is to be returned, it must be unused and the invoice must also be returned.

Right of Withdrawal:

The buyer may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the product, without any legal or criminal liability, and without providing any reason, by informing the seller via the contact information provided.

Seller’s Contact Information for Withdrawal Notification:

  • Company Name: Sevilay Sevinç
  • Address: Dumlupınar Mah. Adagül Sok. Gül Apt. 25/B Kadıköy / Istanbul
  • Email: info@pixbon.com

Withdrawal Period:

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the signing of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be used if the service has begun with the buyer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.

Expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days and ensure that the product has not been used.

Conditions for Return:

The seller is obliged to return the total amount and any documents that burden the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.

If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault or it becomes impossible to return the item, the buyer is liable for compensating the seller for the damage incurred.

Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used:

Items such as customized products, underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics, digital content, and opened or used goods, as well as certain services, cannot be returned.

Default and Legal Consequences:

If the buyer defaults on payment made by credit card, they acknowledge and agree that they will be responsible for any applicable interest or penalties according to their credit card agreement. The bank may pursue legal action, and the buyer is responsible for covering any costs, including attorney fees.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or EFT to our ING Bank account (TL). Credit card payments are also accepted through the website, with the option for single or installment payments.
