Refund for Order
In case of order cancellation for any reason, the product amount will be refunded to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide accurate and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our finance team.
Delivery
We strive to ship your ordered products on the same day. For products requiring more time to be sourced, the delivery time is 3 business days as indicated in the product details. In case of a potential delay, you will be notified.
For uninterrupted delivery, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.
Your order will be processed according to the selected delivery type at checkout. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via XXXXXXXX courier service. Your order will be delivered to the courier company within 2 (two) business days after confirmation.
You may consult our customer representative for alternative delivery terms. Additionally, courier deliveries are valid only for Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system encounters an issue and cannot process the payment, the visitor will be notified on the payment page.
In the case of an error in the address, we will contact the customer who placed the order for an undelivered shipment.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed via an automated email sent after order placement.
Please Note!
If you believe a package has been damaged during shipment, open and inspect the package in front of the courier representative. If you notice any damage, do not accept the package without a damage report from the courier.
Once the product is received, the courier’s responsibility is considered fulfilled.
If the product is damaged: Please immediately send the damage report to info@pixbon.com. Once this is completed, we will initiate the necessary steps to resolve the issue and reattempt delivery as soon as possible.
If possible, briefly explain the reason for the return in your email to help us assist you with the product’s review.
